On April 23, historic Phoebus will transform into a vibrant outdoor street festival featuring handmade works from local artisans, beer & cider tastings, food vendors, live music from local artists, antique car show, & more! 10 AM - 6 PM. Free & open to the public. Registration is encouraged.
