The Phoebus Partnership created a community outreach arm in 2019 called Community Enhancement. The goal of this group is to identify and support opportunities in Phoebus that have potential to positively impact the quality of life of its residents. Anyone can participate in Phoebus Community Enhancement’s programs. Efforts are coordinated closely with the work of the District 7 (Phoebus) Neighborhood Commissioner as they work towards a common vision of improving the community.
